Problem and What We Did
Harlow Online Services needed a digital solution to manage PAT Certificates efficiently. Their clients, particularly tradespeople working from vans, struggled to maintain a paper trail for multiple devices—sometimes over 100—leading to lost records and compliance issues.
We integrated a custom-built asset management system into their existing WordPress website. This system allows clients to upload and store PAT Certificates, with each asset linked to a unique QR code for quick access. Additionally, we implemented an automated email reminder function, ensuring clients receive alerts when their PAT tests are due.

We needed an extra facility added to our web site so that we could add some record keeping and automate a notification service. We used Husein from Saifee Digital Solutions to do this work. He was great to work with, understood the problem that we were trying to resolve and suggested some alternative approaches. We are very happy with our new site facilities and will be happy to use them for any further enhancements.
