Problem and What We Did

Share IT were operating with a website that was difficult to manage, leaving them in a developer lock-in situation where even simple updates required technical support. .

The existing setup lacked flexibility, making it hard to update content, images, and key information efficiently. In addition, several UI/UX issues affected usability, and SEO foundations such as meta tags and page structure were not properly implemented, limiting their visibility in search results.

We delivered a custom website optimisation and backend redevelopment, focused on improving usability, flexibility, and long-term scalability. A structured custom fields (ACF) backend was implemented, allowing the Share IT team to easily update text, images, and page content without relying on a developer.

We also enhanced the website’s functionality by introducing a dynamic events management system, enabling them to upload and manage events directly through the website. Alongside this, we refined key UI elements to improve the overall user experience, and implemented essential SEO foundations, including properly structured meta tags and page data to support improved search visibility.
